By Nils Svartholm.
This is a translation into English of a document provided by Nils Svartholm, probably based on official Swedish records. l) The farm Stenbacka held by Erik Nilsson (b 17 -03-21) up to 1838. It went then to other owners: Anders Andersson (b 1798), then Karl Eriksson (b 1814) and Olaus Eriksson (b 1827). During the latter worked at times some of Borje Eriksson's sons as farmhands, namely John (b 1841-10-21, Elias (b HB44-0l-17), Gustav (b 1849-07-30) and Anders (b 1856-11 - 23). When Olaus Eriksson died 1870 married John Börjesson 1872 the widow Maria Josefina Olofsdotter (b 1833-07-25). The farm was regained in the family. Of the brothers left Anders left as a farmhand to 1875-11-11, when he moved to Gothenburg. Probably the latter identical to Anders Collden, available at photo from Chicago. 2) The farm Bugärde Lillgård held by Borje Eriksson (b 1812-02-06), but was taken over by Olaus Andersson (b 1830-05-05) who was married to Anna Kristina Börjesdotter (b 1839-09-19, died 1870-07 -10). Anna Kristina's elderly sister Lovisa (b 1837-06-24) was married to the crofter on the same farm Johannes Andersson (b 1822-04-25). After giving birth to three children, Aaron, Josefina and Johan Bernhard, Lovisa died 1865-05-03. John remarried Kajsa Nilsdotter (b 1824-07-11). They appear to have had children. They moved 1879-11-11 to Domkyrkoförsamlingen in Göteborg, probably together with Johan Bernhard while Josefina simultaneously moved to Askim. Aaron had already moved to Gothenburg 1876-02-04. It remains to investigate: For original document in Swedish see: Slþktens gŒrdar i Bjšrketorps socken Orininal Swedish also: Släktens gårdar i Björketorps socken.
