Background:
Märta was one of Hellen's best friends in Sweden. They knew each other for many years, and may have met in Tabernaklet, a church in Göteborg [Gothenberg] they both attended. Märta’s husband, Gösta, was a silversmith, and had a silversmith shop in a square in that city. Doris believes the Kulin family have been secretly supporing Hellen and Oscar's work in China.

Märta and Gösta's son may have followed the same profession as his father.
